We have worked with Whiting Wi-Fi as our technical consultant over the last 10 years, since we had a school-wide Xirrus wireless infrastructure installed in 2012. As Whiting Wi-Fi is a registered Xirrus Elite Partner, they have been able to provide invaluable support and training. Lawrence Whiting has a wealth of knowledge and was able to train our existing IT staff to enable them to install and monitor access points.
We have needed to extend and upgrade our wireless system and Whiting Wi-Fi helped us to manage this expansion by offering technical support in relation to our hardware and software needs. Whiting Wi-Fi also helped us to successfully migrate our Xirrus server to a new local area network. The migration was seamless and this was, in no small part, due to the technical expertise of Whiting Wi-Fi. Several years of experience with Xirrus means that any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Whiting Wi-Fi offers a highly professional service. They are committed to improvement and we couldn’t be more grateful for the help and assistance that they have given.
